Our Grade 7 and 8 students from Grandview Adventist Academy recently enjoyed an exciting trip to the Royal Ontario Museum and had a wonderful time discovering the many fascinating exhibits throughout the museum.

From ancient civilizations and natural history to science, culture, and world heritage displays, students experienced hands-on learning that brought classroom lessons to life. The trip provided an opportunity to explore, ask questions, and deepen their understanding of the world around them while creating lasting memories with classmates and teachers.

We are grateful to our staff, volunteers, and organizers who helped make this educational adventure possible. Experiences like these help inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and a lifelong love of learning.

🐝✨ What an incredible finish to W.I.S.E. Week at Grandview! This year’s theme, “Bee Like Jesus,” brought us a week full of faith, inspiration, and powerful Bible lessons shared by our students. ✨🐝

📖 To close out the week, Genesis presented The Story of Abigail, showing us the importance of wisdom, humility, courage, and being a peacemaker. Abigail’s story reminded us how kindness and wise actions can make a powerful difference in difficult situations. 💛

We are so proud of all of our students who participated throughout W.I.S.E. Week and shared God’s Word with confidence and heart. What a blessing it has been to grow together in faith and learn more about being like Jesus each day!

📖 On Thursday, Marissa shared The Story of Ruth, reminding us of the beauty of loyalty, kindness, faithfulness, and trusting God’s plan even during difficult times. Her presentation encouraged us all to reflect Christ’s love through compassion and commitment to others. 💛

Our Grade 7 & 8 students have been sharing powerful Bible stories that encourage faith, courage, and trust in God.

📖 Last Monday, Eden and Arlene presented The Story of David, reminding us that with God, even the greatest giants can be overcome.
📖 On Tuesday, Kaleb shared The Story of Daniel, inspiring us to stand strong in our faith no matter the challenge.

Grandview Adventist Academy recently celebrated La Fête Du Pain 2026 — a joyful cultural and community event that brought students, families, and staff together to experience the traditions, flavors, and spirit of French culture.

From fresh baked breads, learning activities, and fellowship, the celebration highlighted creativity, community connection, and the importance of appreciating different cultures in a fun and engaging environment. Students enjoyed hands-on experiences while sharing laughter, learning, and memorable moments together.

School is a place that takes constant focus, patience, dedication, and drive. Every single day, you pour your energy, compassion, and commitment into shaping lives, encouraging growth, and creating a safe and supportive environment for students to learn and thrive.

The work you do is not always easy, and much of what you accomplish happens quietly behind the scenes — the extra time, the encouragement, the problem-solving, the listening, and the care. Yet those moments leave a lasting impact that reaches far beyond the classroom.

A special thank you to the amazing volunteers and support team who stepped in on Staff Appreciation Day to help make the day possible for the teachers and staff of Grandview School.

Your willingness to serve allowed the staff a moment to pause, recharge, and feel appreciated for all they do each day. In a school environment that requires constant focus, patience, care, and dedication, your support made a meaningful difference.

Sometimes the greatest acts of appreciation are the simple acts of helping, encouraging, and showing up when needed most. Your kindness, generosity, and servant-hearted attitude helped create a day that reminded the staff they are seen, valued, and supported.
