My name is Kurt Dillon, and I am 24 years old. I started playing baseball at a very young age and continued to grow in the sport. At 18, I attended Division 1 junior college Galveston College in Texas. During my first year, I underwent Tommy John surgery, which sidelined me for my second season. However, I bounced back in my third season with a velocity jump to 90-94 mph. I then transferred to NCA

A Division 1 Louisiana Tech University, where I played for one year before medically retiring due to a lower back injury from the stress of pitching. Now, fully recovered but unable to compete at a high level, I coach and train youth players, sharing my passion, knowledge, and experience. Currently, I am in teachers college with one semester left until I am qualified.

I’ve completely improved the registration process for off-season training, making it much easier for everyone to register and secure a spot! A huge shoutout to Josee Filion from Caveman Strong for giving me a hand and helping me get everything set up!🙌🏼

PLEASE NOTE: Dates, times and prices have not been finalized yet. However, pricing will remain very similar to what is shown in the video.

A little action shot of Arlo pitching! He loves getting a few throws in with the radar gun while still focusing on proper mechanics. Velocity isn’t the priority at a young age, but it’s a great tool for tracking progress as athletes continue to get stronger💪🏼⚾️
