While I cannot wait for Spring, Gardening will be different this year without my husband 💔

Our garlic we grew last as first time garlic growers. We planted 28 cloves, all 28 grew! We used 2 fresh and dried the rest. I got it all peeled today, the husband tilled and I planted 118 cloves!
So excited for SPRING!!! 🧄🌷

It always gives me anxiety trying new recipes but, I also love it so much. 🥰
Home grown tomatillos and jalapeños, made some Salsa Verde today! 🤤
