406 5th Ave NW, or as we fondly refer to it, “The Brick House”, is located 7 1/2
blocks from SIAST, a ten minute walk or a 4 minute drive. The Brick House was constructed in 1911 for a prominent early Moose Jaw businessman. In early 2014 the top two floors have been converted to shared housing for Saskatchewan Polytechnic students
