There is little doubt that our artistic world has changed dramatically in the last two years. As we move forward and celebrate a return to music-making, many musicians are noticing that their mental wellness has been impacted. How do we care for our mental health needs as we move forward? How do we balance mental wellness with the demands of a professional music career long-term? Join us for an interactive workshop addressing the unique mental health needs of musicians. Topics include self-care, sleep & nutrition, self-talk, perfectionism, and emotional health. This special workshop will be held @12:30pm, Friday, Feb. 11 via zoom. Course Registrations were sent home today! We are planning for all music courses to move forward, so please sign up if you are interested - band, jazz band, choir, vocal jazz, musical theatre and guitar.

Band will be happening in person during block 5 this year and we are hoping that things will look closer to normal next year as well!
