Observation Nursery | Department of Education - Concordia University The Observation Nursery is a bilingual preschool program that also serves as a training center and a model school for graduate and undergraduate programs focusing on early childhood development in the Department of Education.

Today we set up a vet clinic "Teddy bear Clinic". The children love bringing toys and stuffies to Nursery! And today they cared for them and made them well :) This activity showed how the children used their imagination, creativity, worked together, used their small muscles to open band aids, followed a sequence of events, learned about bones and other body parts, and used their writing skills to take "notes".

Children build a marble run out of blocks. Skills they practice: problem solving, math, physics, creativity, working together, planning ahead, physical skills of manipulating heavy blocks.
