Hey everybody! Come join us tomorrow morning for music on the mountain! Class starts at 9:45 am.

Thanks to all kids and adults who I have had the pleasure to see up in my "mountain classroom" this season. It's been so much fun and so lovely to spend time outside celebrating nature together.
*And a special thanks and good luck to those who are five, six, and seven years old and have been coming to music classes since they were babies and are now moving on to bigger things. I love having you in class. You are amazing! xo

I will be doing a summer series in my mountain classroom in the city during July and August! It's a beautiful spot and this is a fun and musical way of learning about the environment and spending time with family and new friends.

These nature-inspired music classes are geared to little kids from 0-5 years old and their caregivers. I founded Music By The Season almost ten years ago and have been writing music and developing curriculum for it ever since. Come ready to sing!
Grandparents are welcome!

This rainy morning our (normally outdoor) music class was very lucky to be able to take shelter at the gorgeous Naada Yoga Montreal in Montreal's Mile End! It brought back memories for me of accompanying Alba Gil's seasonal family yoga classes in the very same studio back in pre-Covid times...

We have been letting loose and getting in touch with nature on the mountain this spring; it can get pretty rocking! Come hang out with us for the summer session :)

Music By The Season classes on Mount Royal are starting back up next week! Join us with your little one (0-5 years old) for a session of Thursday or Saturday morning classes for the month of June! Contact me here or at www.musicbytheseason.com for more info. I love our beautiful spot looking over avenue du Parc. It's the perfect place to run around and sing about nature, and to observe the trees weekly as the season progresses.

We're starting our second mini-session this coming Thursday! Join other families for small group music classes for little ones in the Music By The Season home studio. It's been great to be with everyone again these past few weeks! Classes are at 9:30 am or 10:40 am.

Maybe it's because I was raised on The Muppets (raised BY The Muppets?) but when I saw this picture the first thing I thought is that these plants look like they're singing! Thanks to my friend and master horticulturist François Paré for the use of this pic of his graceful Sarracenia leucophylla plant.

And so, it is in the spirit of singing vegetation that I announce the Spring session for 2022. I look forward to seeing old and new friends in class this year. I plan to offer both online and in-person classes and may even try for an at least partial session outdoors.

Hi all! It’s been a bit of a crispy winter so far (!). On the heels of a beautiful outdoor fall session, I’ve started offering online music classes for little ones from 0-5 years old and caregivers on Thursday mornings this Winter until I’m allowed to do classes indoors in person (I’ll announce when this happens). Let me know if you’d like to join us online, or if you’re interested in registering once in-person classes resume.
