Join us as we explore the fascinating world of orchestral percussion! Discover the sounds of the timpani, cymbals, snare drum, triangle, tambourine, and mallet instruments. Learn about playing techniques, percussion notation, and even try some percussion instruments yourself. 🎵✨

Expect plenty of listening, lively discussion, and an opportunity to gain a new appreciation for the musicians who bring excitement, colour, and drama to orchestral performances. 🎼👏

Participants are also invited to share a short presentation on any percussion-related topic that sparks their interest. 🎤🥁
