À cette date, nous célébrons la diversité des points de vue analytiques, ainsi que les questions et les solutions que les femmes apportent à notre institution. Malgré leur contribution remarquable à l’échelle mondiale et nationale, les femmes sont toujours confrontées à des défis qui les empêchent de s’intégrer pleinement aux activités scientifiques (Sources : Nations Unies et Association médicale canadienne).

Let’s Celebrate Women and Girls’ Contribution to Science

The United Nations has declared February 11 the International Day of Women and Girls in Science. On this date, we celebrate the diversity of analytical viewpoints, questions and solutions that women bring to our institution.

The role principally involves analytical techniques in ophthalmic therapeutics. The position will have a role in the development of test methods to support Ripple’s drug delivery platform technology and provide general support activities associated with the running of the laboratories.

Requirements:

• BSc or MSc in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Science
• 1 year experience in a lab setting
• Analytical techniques including HPLC, DSC, and GPC
