Hey everyone, UAV Concordia will be having its 2022 Elections this evening. Join the Google Meet call (https://meet.google.com/gyz-cenp-dhg) anytime from 5pm to 9pm, where you will be given the link to vote.

Here are the different roles for each executive member in our team. Don't be afraid to apply if you think you have what it takes. After all, fulfilling these roles will allow you to work in teams, develop your soft skills, and to help keep our society going!

UAV Concordia is looking for a new executive team for the 2022 - 2023 academic year! Apply as a candidate for the upcoming election. The nomination period starts on May 18 and ends on May 24 by midnight.

If you want to work with other engineering students in drone-related projects and further your technical skills, then UAV Concordia is the place for you! We are currently looking for new members who would like to join our ELEC or MECH team.
Here are some skills you can learn and develop by being part of our team.
Work with Arduino circuits, PCB design and soldering through ELEC tasks. CAD 3D models, print 3D models and learn about CNC laser cutting through MECH tasks.
Please note that you do not need any prior experience to join our team. Anyone can become a member!

UAV Concordia is collaborating with all the Engineering Societies and Concordia Engineering Games for the first time ever to donate food and supplies to Maison Benoit Labre!
Maison Benoit Labre is a homeless shelter that provides resources and supplies to the most vulnerable population and strives to improve their quality of life. They offer showers to the homeless, which is why they are in need of hygiene products as well as food!

Volunteers from Engineering Games will be at the b-annex during the week of December 6th, from 10:30AM to 4:30PM, collecting drop-off donations!
Donations needed by the Maison Benoit Labre: - Clothing like sweaters, pants, shirts, socks, bras, and especially NEW underwear
- Warm coats, hats, gloves, scarves, long thermal underwear, hand warmers
- Shoes or boots (men's 9 -10-11-12-13-14 and women's 6-7-8-9)
- Blankets or sleeping bags
- Backpacks
- Bottled water
- Hygiene products for the showers (baby wipes, body lotion, shaving cream, razors, deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, face wash, etc)
- Non perishable foods (canned goods, granola bars, hot chocolate mix, etc)

No experience is required and all the skills that you need will be taught within the society!
