MAST (mutual aid social therapy), is a decentralized autonomous mental health project that returns psychological tools to the community. rooted in mutual aid, decolonial/ anti-oppressive approaches, MAST teaches practical techniques for self-reflection and to help navigate trauma and burnout. participants work in small groups, taking turns supporting each other, building confidence, and rejecting hierarchical models of traditional therapy

join us on friday for Carved from Fire; which is a hands-on lino patchmaking workshop that invites participants to explore printmaking as a tool for creative expression and political storytelling. where fabric becomes protest, and collective creation/ radical imagination become tools for resistance.
