CBW, the CERRETA BERGERON WORKSHOP! CBW is a new American Speech Workshop, combined with a New York style Acting Class (think Sanford Meisner, Uta Hagen). This workshop will give you personalized and specific pronunciation changes that you can apply right away into a monologue or scene on camera.
American teacher SUZANNE CERRETA graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a BFA in acting and began teaching accents and dialects to actors on Broadway, off-Broadway, TV and Film in New York City. Born in Brooklyn, she was also the voice of many national and international commercial campaigns, such as Campbell’s Soup, Garnier, Revlon, and Toshiba. She completed a masters in applied linguistics where she honed her system of teaching the American accent for actors. Her research, Engaging the Senses: A Sensory based approach to pronunciation for actors was published this year in the Journal for Second Language Pronunciation.

She chose to team up with acting teacher J P BERGERON, because his method is natural and organic, much like her system of pronunciation instruction, and because of his teaching style and thoroughness of course. J P Bergeron trained in New York City and has decades of experience.
