AAAAAAND THAT’S A WRAP!

Thank you so much to everyone who came to a run or an event that we hosted this year! Whether you showed up once a month or every week, we really appreciated all your support🤩

This year was one of our most successful seasons up to date: hosting more than 100 runs throughout the Fall and Winter semesters and being able to put on our first 5KM on campus this past September🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️💨 Your continued support means the world to us!

A HUGE thank you to our dedicated execs who made this happen, as well as our AMAZING head runners Suzanne, Elodie, Simon, Agatha, Tin Yam, Liam M., Owen, Z., Pooya, Dante, Charlotte, Sophia, Liam G., Nico, Aiden, Jose, Kaylah, Emmy, Darah, Zeb, and Luyao for showing up every week - we truly wouldn’t have been able to do this without you❤️‍🔥

LAST EVENT OF THE SEMESTER IS COMING IN HOT🔥

Take a break from studying for your finals by joining a special run with us next Thursday morning! We’ll be meeting at the gym as per usual, and there will be a special surprise waiting for you at the end of the course🤫

We’re teaming up for a cross-training weekend bringing together runners and boxers for two sessions:

Saturday, March 28 (11:00–12:30)
Community run + café social (discount for participants)

Sunday, March 29 (4:30–5:30)
Beginner-friendly boxing session (no experience needed

McRun is proud to announce that we are participating in McGill’s Relay for Life (.relay) happening this Sunday! We are happy to join in Relay’s mission of raising awareness and funds for cancer research, and we need YOUR help‼️

CALLING ALL CS & EECSE STUDENTS🗣️🗣️🗣️

Are you someone who likes running and wants hands on experience with programming with software/hardware? Look no further as McRun is recruiting Tech Specialists to help us with developing a timing system for .mcgill ‼️

You will be working alongside our dynamic tech team and programmers to bring this project to life; as well as be responsible for capturing, processing and publishing the result for race participants.

Please note that this position will require you to be available to work over the summer, starting as soon as the week of March 23rd through September 14th, 2026.
