Some of my PPC University students have been asking me to be kept informed about SAAS TLD's (Software as a service Lifetime Deals) that I deem to be of interest. So here is one: LetMailBox. This is how to GET YOUR NAME UP ON GOOGLE so that potential PPC clients or employers can find your NAME AND PROFILE PAGE (and even contact you!) when searching on the web :

1. Sign up for a Free AdWords Certification Course trial on www.ppc.university. During the sign up process, MAKE SURE you enter your FULL REAL NAME (what you enter as your name here will be used for generating the URL pointing to your profile on Google. This part cannot be changed later, so make sure to check for spellings in your name before hitting SAVE!)

2. After sign up, complete your profile on www.ppc.university: in the top right corner, hover over your picture and go to Profile > Edit

3. Add any missing information (especially your MAIN and SECONDARY service locations: these will show up in your meta description together with your name on Google!).

4. Add a well-written Bio (you can do this step also later, but make sure you have one online within a few days. As soon as your name shows up on Google and people click through to your profile: your Bio becomes visible!)

5. Hit Save to save your profile.

ADDITIONAL STEPS FOR TOP RESULTS:

6. Access My Courses in the left-hand sidebar and take the FREE course trial – complete all quizzes over and over again until you get straight A+’s everywhere. Why? This is because you’re “My Achievements” page, that’s part of your profile will become visible on Google too! (yep, that’s two pages actually that become visible under your name on Google). Straight A’s in “My Achievements” will help you shine in the eyes of your next potential client – so don’t miss out on that opportunity!

7. SHARE your Achievement on Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn or what have you... Sharing on social media creates backlink signals that may help your profile page to rank higher on Google.

8. (Optional): Purchase one or more of the 6 Google AdWords certification courses if you want to showcase more than one course on your profile page.

9. Lay back and wait one or two weeks, the time it takes for Google bots to re-index www.ppc.university

10. Ta-taaa !!! After a few days, you are officially visible on Google. To test, simply search on Google with “PPC + your name” and you should show up.
