Dear friends, i would like to inform you that now every Saturday from 5pm to 6.30pm i will be holding a Mens Yoga Class in Kirchberg at Vyapakah Center. The class is an Ahstanga inspired sequence where we play with different movement techniques like animal locomotion, spine mobility etc. No level needed and no flexibility is required gentlemans! 😎 we will work towards it with fun and understanding.
The class is limited to 7people, write to me to get more i formation or book your spot
Fees : 15€/class
Class hold in french and english language mixed

Bonjour les amis, j’aimerais vous informer que désormais tout les samedis de 17h à 18.30 j’organise une classe de yoga dédiée aux hommes au centre Vyapakah à Kirchberg. La séquence est inspirée d’ashtanga mais aussi de differente technique de mouvements se rapprochant de la locomotion animale, mobilité de la colone etc. Aucun niveau n’est necessaire et de même pour votre flexibilité messieurs. 😎 Nous travaillerons en direction de celle-ci avec amusement et compréhension.
