I'm taking in all the beauty that surrounds me.

Chiang Mai: what a vibrant city! Nature is intertwined with roads and buildings. The mountains as backdrops. My eyes and tastes buds are very happy here! Thai food is the best and the fruits are glorious!
I just finished a wonderful training in Osteothai in the lovely Sunshine School.
My heart is full of gratitude to David Lutt and his team and the School that embraced us.
I'll absorbe the most I can from all the teachers I meet to improve my skills as a massage therapist and also for personal growth. There is so much I'm letting go, it feels amazing!

Yoga & Thai Massage
I grew up in a Sivananda Yoga Center in Montevideo, Yoga has been part of my life since the beginning. In 2000, at the age of 15 I did my Yoga Teachers’ Training and I’ve been teaching Yoga since then. Thai Massage came to change my life through healing touch in 2007. I met my teacher Kam Thye Chow 2 years later in Montreal and took Thai Massage Teachers’ Training with him. Since then I live in Montreal with my husband and 2 kids and practice what I love most: Yoga & Thai Massage.
