Congratulations to the 45 aviation professionals who successfully completed the 2026 Dynamic Impact Test Procedures Training.

The course combines technical instruction with practical experience, giving participants the opportunity to explore crashworthiness testing, seating regulations, data acquisition, anthropometric test devices, photometrics, composites and test result evaluation.

A key strength of this course is its global approach. Delivered through ICAO's collaboration with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the training is hosted in different specialized facilities each year — from the United Kingdom in 2025 to the United States in 2026.

By taking specialized training to different locations, ICAO Training is helping make highly technical learning opportunities accessible to aviation professionals from around the world.

For organizations responsible for aeronautical information, the move from a product-centric to a data-centric model represents a fundamental shift in how data is managed across the aviation ecosystem.

This course helps air navigation managers, airport operators and aeronautical information service providers build the capabilities needed to manage that transition, with a focus on ensuring the quality of aeronautical data and supporting the digitization of the aeronautical data chain.

Aligned with ICAO Annex 15 Amendment 41, ICAO Doc 10066, Procedures for Air Navigation Services, Aeronautical Information Management (PANS-AIM), the course provides a practical foundation for strengthening Aeronautical Information Management.
