Mbody U is the volunteer arm of the McGill Eating Disorder Program. Our aim is to raise awareness about body image issues and eating disorders on campus as well as to educate McGill students on the various factors that cause and sustain these problems. We believe that through education, awareness, and the promotion of a set of values that emphasizes health and balance over body weight, every McGil
l student can embody a healthy and happy mind and spirit! Look out for our daily features such as:
Mealtime Mondays! Treatment Tuesdays! Wellness Wednesdays! Thoughtful Thursdays! Friday Facts! Also look for our booths and bake sales around campus and don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions*.
