On Friday, April 24th at 3:45 PM, the BMSA McGill is hosting a 1‑hour beginner‑level Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu wellness session at Horizon Tatamis (1745 Rue Décarie, Saint‑Laurent, QC H4L 3N5).

This session is open to BMSA McGill students only; men and women welcome.

👟 What to bring: sportswear; optional water bottle and towel.
