These ones turns out to be just perfect. I give enough time to my dough to slowly ferment.. to get the most good bacteria for our gutt..
I baked a small batch of Cheddar Jalapeños sourdough and Cheddar Sourdough today.. I am in love with the process of sourdough (every time I bake sourdough, it feels like first love, the butterflies in my tummy)

The weather turned out to be perfect to turn on the oven.
I baked plain sourdough for the clients and a focaccia for myself as a treat (will share with a fellow entrepreneur friend as well)
