CAST, the Concordia Association of Students in Theatre, works to support and enrich the experience of students in Concordia’s Department of Theatre.

Come August 25th or September 1st at 12:00PM and meet other theatre students, members of CAST, and get a nice tour of the Concordia Theatre department.

We’ll be meeting at the lobby of John Molson’s School of Business located on Guy Street, at the benches near the front entrance. Can’t wait to meet you there!

JOIN OUR TEAM!
CAST is hiring! We have multiple roles available - join us in representing the Theatre Department students this coming year.

Please send a letter of interest, including past experience (1 page max) to [email protected] by Sunday, August 18th at 11:59pm with your preferred position clearly indicated in the subject line. Your year and specialization must also be clearly indicated in the email body. Candidates will be contacted for interviews shortly thereafter.

In an effort to properly represent our student body: BIPOC, q***r, neurodiverse and disabled applicants are heavily encouraged to apply.

Brief position descriptions can be found in the following slides. Please feel free to DM or email CAST with any questions regarding the hiring process.

*Please Note: All positions are on a volunteer basis only, they are not paid. All positions are required to attend regular CAST meetings and participate in CAST events.*

Get your costumes ready, because CAST is holding a Costume Contest to celebrate Halloween!

Send us your spooky outfits with your name + what your costume is to us via DM before Tuesday, October 31 at 5pm. Submissions will be posted on our stories.

The jury (CAST) will then select 3 winners on Halloween night and winners receive prizes!

Don’t forget to get some candy from one of our booths on GM 5th and MB 7th floors on Halloween.
