Expressing the Self through Art Therapy

Led by a professional Art Therapist, this four-week course will give you the space to look inwards and help support you along your path to self-discovery. Within a safe and supportive environment, you will be guided to express yourself through a variety of different art materials and art therapy techniques such as drawing, painting, collage, and sculpture. No previous art experience or talent is required, only a willingness to play and explore. (4 weeks)

Dates: Tuesdays 6:45pm-9pm October 20- November 10th OR Wednesdays 17:45pm-8:00pm October 18th-November 9th
Cost: $250 (materials included)
