❗️ATTENTION PLEASE❗️Today I want to talk about the most important aspect of dieting, achieving results, maintaining them, progressing.. it's MENTAL HEALTH 👥By my own example, I've learnt that support sooner or later is crucial to stay SANE LONG TERM. Being very high body fat levels at least 3-4 times in my life, I either lacked of knowledge, guidance, patience, vision or support. Coming off dieting, hard or not, for a show or yourself, we often don't know what to do next or HOW to. Or we know, but it just doesn't happen. It IS important to have somebody or few people you can talk and ask help. 🏡I offer my help for you, those who need a post-show support, suffer from a depression related to any diet, binging, anorexia, any eating disorder, lost track or vision, have been abandoned by their coach or mentor, you feel not supported 100%, or simply need a new concrete plan of ACTION...💪🏼

I FINALLY GOT MY PR I'VE BEEN DREAMING ABOUT FOR A LONG TIME 🐅 12 pull ups👀 this is my 2nd set of 12, so my 12th was hard to get! 👊🏼
I always warm up 15-20 mins at least to really prepare my joints and nervous system for a killer workout. I've been the lightest these days, so was hoping to beat my previous pr 🔥you can be lean and strong at the same time 💪🏼 health and balance should be YOUR PRIORITY 🙏🏼 Ask me how 😌

Good morning guys :)))))❤️❤️❤️ sharing with you my no filters update picture that I took yesterday 🐒
So things are pretty simple here. About 8 weeks ago I thought it would be great to take a chance to participate in the next Natural Provincials Show, which I was qualified for since my last show.
As I wasn't lean 🐽🐽 my priority was to improve my "offseason" physique and speed up my metabolism that was almost killed at this point. It took me some time, we cut my cardio COMPLETELY that I wasn't even recovering from 😪😷 (intervals, liss, crazy supersets). I'm sleeping better now and my body thanks me. I've slowly increased my calories, so did my performance in the gym. I'm not working on my strength now, trying to recruit different muscle fibers now. No squatting heavy, or benching, to save my joints. Recovery, nutrition play a huge, if not, all the role on how I'm gonna progress.
I went to Russia and had hard time to stick 100% to my lifestyle. I thought I've lost my gainz because of all stress🙈 anyway, that's another story 😁
I'm here to tell you that I'm officially 16 weeks out (last Sunday) and I've decided to write about my journey more in details, how I feel. I'll make it more serious and official compared to my 2 first preps. This is more to organize myself and track my progress and I'm inviting you to ask me about something you'd like to know 🙏🏼 I'm thinking of writing it in a blog where I can simply have the freedom to write limitless amount of words😹😼
I'll update on my weight, nutrition, workouts, recovery, etc etc etc.
It's been more than 8-9 weeks I'm doing 0 cardio, my weight is 145-147 lbs. I'm 5'6 😽👋🏼
