From a camper at the Trevor Williams Basketball Academy…to competing on the biggest stage in the world.

Her journey started in our gym — learning the game, building confidence, and developing her skills day by day.

Through dedication, discipline, and a commitment to growth, she continued her path at Dawson College before earning an NCAA Division 1 scholarship to Hofstra University.

From there, she reached the highest level — representing Team Canada, becoming a 2x Olympian, and continuing her career as a professional basketball player.

Carolann’s journey reflects what we stand for at TWKF Bluehounds — developing athletes on and off the court, building habits, confidence, and creating opportunities through consistent work.

Growing up on the South Shore, competing with the St-Bruno Cougars and HRHS Huskies, Carolann Cloutier never took a summer off — representing Jeux du Québec, Team Québec, and Team Canada while building her foundation early.

She later joined the Trevor Williams Basketball Academy, where her development continued, eventually earning her place on the Bluehounds summer travelling team.

From there, she committed to Dawson College — and kept building.

Her development opened the door to the NCAA Division 1 level, earning a full athletic scholarship at Old Dominion before transferring to UMass.

She went on to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, along with a certificate in Criminal Justice at UMass, before continuing her academic and athletic journey at McGill University, earning a Master’s in Educational Psychology while being recognized as a 2x CIS Academic All-Canadian.

Carolann is one of many who trusted the process — and turned that work into opportunity.
