With over a decade of professional experience in Human Resources, I have a deep passion for the field. My understanding of practicing HR has developed and expanded over the years from starting out in entry-level HR administrative positions, progressing in my career to national HR management today. My experience ranges from practicing in the public education sector, non-profit start-up, a national publicly traded organization, as well as some consulting contract work. I am eager to share my experiences with you, explore the ethical challenges of working in HR, and provide some of my insights on getting into the field as a new grad.

One or two recruiters from the same firm will be put into a breakout room with a few students to network.
There will be approximately 4 rounds, each 20 minutes in length!

The First-Year Representative will assist in fostering relationships between Execs and new ILR students, planning events, and other association related activities as needed. This is a great position to gain some experience for your CV, and to have a deeper involvement in the ILR program!
