FASA elections
Finance Coordinator: Elisabete Almeida
I am an entrepreneur, full-time musician, and community builder with strong experience in financial planning, event coordination, and leadership. I have promoted and organized events, managing logistics, budgets, and audience engagement to ensure successful outcomes.
As an independent artist, I have created and managed budgets for my album projects and promotional campaigns, developing strong financial discipline and resource management skills. Running my own business has further strengthened my ability to plan strategically and execute projects effectively.
I also served as a manager and chief leader at Tapigo in Saint Laurent Montreal, where I oversaw operations, supervised teams, and managed budgets in a fast-paced environment.
In addition, I am a electroacoustic student and jazz singer leading my advanced program, Mona Mojo, where I design curriculum and manage program operations for dancers and musicians
I am eager to contribute these skills as a Financial Coordinator at FASA while gaining experience in a larger organization.
You can access your voting ballot in your inbox on April 16th and 17th. Vote to decide the new FASA coordinators.

🚩Heard about the LTA cuts?
🚩Upset that Concordia tries to distract students from their increasingly underfunded education with a big banana bread ?
🚩Are you worried about the rapid growth of fascism in Canada and Montreal?
OR Maybe none of these things have crossed your mind but you have an inkling things aren't quite right...
FASA and ASFA collab-community-night is the place to be.
🌀Join us for an evening of games, performances and chatting with people also trying to figure out how to get involved in community organizing efforts.
🌀Come meet people who’ve been organizing at Concordia for a while and people who are just getting started.

BUT WHAT IS A GM???: This is just like our GA in September, but for different purposes! Due to some complications with our board of directors, we need to appoint new members to be on our board!
We also have some important FASA related decisions to make and we want to hear your voice!
If you haven't been to one of our GAs or GMs, this is a great opportunity to get a better understanding of the fine arts association and to gain a thorough understanding of the inner workings of our faculty association and how you can play an active role in it.
GM beginner friendly, pamphlets on Roberts rules will be provided, all you have to do is show up and present your student ID.
