The Easter chart has come to an end.

This chart was filled with a "punch board" where students were able to "punch" through tissue paper and win prizes.

It was a huge hit and encouraged the students to work hard ❤️

The role of a teacher is to ignite a spark in a student’s mind, but you have to know what kind of spark you’re dealing with.

Let's take a moment to appreciate all of our differences. That is what makes us special ❤️

One of the best feelings as a teacher is having a student realize they have improved.

Last week, at the start of the class, a grade 3 student very excitedly told me that he really improved on his reading and is now capable of reading chapter books.

Last week, his parents also told me that his school teachers have seen an incredible change in his confidence.

This is why I never tire of my job ❤️

Term 2 has come to an end! My high school students have done an amazing job. Our hard work has paid off.

Finding the right tutor for your child is not easy.

It is important for a tutor to build rapport with the student, encourage them, and use effective teaching methods that works for that specific student.

Every student is different. They have different struggles, different needs, and learn at their own pace.

It is incredibly rewarding when new parents and students appreciate the way I teach, and want to continue our sessions.
