🎤✨ Another Inspiring Evening at CN Collaborators Toastmasters! ✨🎤

Our latest meeting brought together members and guests in a dynamic, supportive, and enriching atmosphere.

We were delighted to welcome 6 guests, eager to discover the Toastmasters experience and the opportunities it offers to develop communication and leadership skills.

Between inspiring speeches, thought-provoking reflections, moments of laughter, and constructive evaluations, everyone had the opportunity to learn, grow, and step a little further outside their comfort zone.

🌎 One of our club’s greatest strengths remains its bilingual nature, allowing members to practice both English and French in a welcoming and encouraging environment.

Thank you to everyone who helps make each meeting a meaningful experience filled with learning, growth, and genuine human connection.

Une autre belle soirée remplie d’apprentissage, de rires et d’énergie positive! Nous étions 18 personnes présentes, dont 11 membres, avec quorum atteint 👏

🥂 Denise nous a offert un toast inspirant sur la restauration de Notre-Dame de Paris.

🎤 Deux discours captivants :
• Salma – Unpack Your Invisible Suitcase : une réflexion sur les bagages invisibles que nous transportons avec nous.
• Aïcha – Solo Traveling : une expérience inspirante sur le voyage en solo et ce que cela nous apprend sur nous-mêmes.

🎯 Ariel était véritablement “on fire” hier soir! Elle a animé une session de Table Topics dynamique qui a permis aux participants de sortir de leur zone de confort dans une ambiance amusante et chaleureuse.

Amir shared his perspective on where AI is heading, breaking down the evolution of the technology and answering sharp, thoughtful questions from the audience. A forward‑looking, engaging talk that sparked real curiosity and reflection.

💃 Speech 2 – Ariel’s Icebreaker
Ariel delivered a stunning Icebreaker, taking us through her journey of learning salsa, discovering her path, and realizing that life’s ups and downs aren’t random — they’re shaped by intention, planning, and courage. A beautiful, heartfelt start to her Toastmasters journey.

CN Collaborators Toastmasters Club Meeting Recap

Last night’s meeting was a fantastic blend of inspiration and improv! 🌟

🗣️ First up, Daniel captivated us with a hilarious and insightful speech about the various roles in a comedy club. 🎭

🌱 Then, our new member Voro delivered a warm “Icebreaker” speech called “My Why,” sharing his reasons for joining Toastmasters—specifically, to pursue leadership skills. 🚀

🤹 The evening kept rolling with a fun improvisation session led by Mariam, where everyone had a chance to get creative and on their feet. The word of the day was “frantic,” and it definitely added a lively twist to our impromptu speeches. 🏃‍♂️💨

🎉 We also welcomed two brand-new members to our club, Hisham and Jimmy—a big warm welcome to them! 👏
