In Personal and Social Education class, students in DLP 2-3 A have been learning how to use public transit and read bus and metro routes. This week, they put those skills to work on a practice trip to the Bell Centre! The students did a great job navigating the bus and metro and are excited to head back next week. π ππ

Students in DLP 3-4 and WOTP B have been learning and participating in a Kin-Ball unit in PE class over the past few weeks with Ms. G and Ms. Natasha. Through this unique team sport, students have developed important skills such as communication, cooperation, teamwork, and strategic thinking. Kin-Ball encourages everyone to be involved, helping students build confidence, respect for others, and a strong sense of sportsmanship while staying active and having fun.
We are proud of the effort, enthusiasm and teamwork our students have demonstrated throughout this unit! Way to go, DLP 3-4 and WOTP B! πππΌ

On Monday, June 8, students from John Grant High School will be joining us at LINKS for our 2nd Annual Activity Day. Students will enjoy a variety of indoor and outdoor activities, connect with one another and have a fun-filled day together. Lunch will be providedβjust bring your water bottle and extra snacks!

A celebration of culture, learning and community! β¨ Inspired by the FIFA World Cup 2026, classes were each given a country at the beginning of the year and spent time exploring its traditions, language, facts, and creativity before proudly sharing their learning with students and staff. What an amazing way to bring global connections into our school! π Great job, everyone! π
