Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with my student, supporting him through significant challenges with reading. When we first began, reading was difficult and often frustrating for him. Through consistent effort, patience, and the right strategies tailored to his needs, his reading has improved tremendously.

Hi! My name is Dominique and I’m happy to be the newest tutor at Helping Hands Co. I’m currently finishing my teaching degree at UQAM in adaptation scolaire et sociale primaire, and I’ve been working in schools for the past five years. I’m currently in a classroom with students on the autism spectrum.

I’ve been supporting children and adults with special needs for nearly a decade. I love seeing my students succeed and feel proud to be part of their journey—I give them 110% every time.

Helping Hands Co. September registration is now open. To our current clients, please e-mail or text your tutor for availabilities. We will try our very best to accommodate your request for your child’s tutoring session(s).

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: When we receive all of our clients requests, we will then send out your time slots that will be active from September 2nd until the end of the school year. In addition, we’ve recently updated our pricing to better reflect the time and resources involved. If you’re a returning student, please message your tutor to learn more about the new rates.

At the moment, we are not accepting new clients.

To my incredible students,

As many of you know, I’m getting ready to welcome my little one very soon! It’s such an exciting time, and I wanted to let you know that I’ll be stepping away for a little while to focus on being a new mom.

This definitely isn’t goodbye—just a “see you later.” I’ve truly loved being your tutor and watching each of you grow and succeed. You’ve all made this journey so special for me, and I’m already looking forward to coming back and continuing our work together.

In the meantime, keep being curious, keep working hard, and don’t forget how capable and amazing you are. I’ll miss our sessions and can’t wait to catch up with you when I return!
