Myth.
Hybrid tint doesn’t work the same on all skin types.
Here’s why: skin type plays a major role in how hybrid tint develops and how well it retains.

• Oily skin: excess oil can prevent the tint from properly adhering to the skin, which may result in lighter staining and faster fading if the skin isn’t correctly prepped.

• Normal skin: often the easiest skin type to work on. Tint tends to develop more evenly and retain better with proper technique.

• Dry skin: tint can cling to dry or flaky areas, which may cause darker or patchy results. This is why gentle exfoliation prior to the service is often recommended.
