Personal story
The spirit of Krysallide whispered in my ear a meditation (in English) that we recorded to offer you an inner journey worthy of the equinox.
This meditation is inspired by my own personal process over the past months:
After years of inner work around the abandonment that my body and psyche experienced during childhood
(therapy, shadow work, listening to the inner child, learning personal boundaries, forgiving, crying, forgiving again, rewriting my personal story, taking 100% responsibility, reintegrating many fragments of my soul…),
I began to notice in my body a great neutrality and love toward certain people to whom I had given rather ungrateful roles.
It was then that my deep curiosity guided me inward, and I saw in my roots (where ALL scenarios still looping are stored) ghost remnants, still trapped in the ruins of old timelines.
With ease and love, I thought of the real actors.
The real humans to whom I had given these roles, and with a gesture of the heart, I removed them from there, with my highest wishes that they reconnect with themselves, with Source, and with the Great All, free from the weight of my attachment to past perceptions.
What a liberation!
Since then, I had the opportunity to share a huge hug in real life with one of these main actors.
A real hug, full of Now, the eternal moment where we are all connected, free from the suffering of the ego!
There were almost seeds of hope for the future —
but free, neutral, without expectation.

It is normal to suffer, and with time we heal.
Sometimes we heal so much, we work so hard on ourselves, that we forget to actually live our liberation.

This meditation (in English) is a journey to gently raise our vital energy and welcome this well-deserved renewal, with alignment to Source, activating our Higher Self and letting the flow nourish the most expansive and grounded future.
