The goal of The Meditation Club is to foster the practice of Meditation, and discuss the theory behind it.

All our meetings are beginner friendly and can be attended on a drop in basis. Everyone is welcome.

Transcendental Meditation, a technique based on silent repetition, rose to prominence during the 50s and 60s and is attributed to Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. This technique promotes relaxed awareness and was reportedly used by the Beatles.
