Join us for the Planetary Health Action Conference on Sunday, September 12th, 2021 to hear exciting developments in sustainable healthcare & medical education! Our Inspire Sustainability team will be presenting and we really look forward to sharing both our successes and the challenges we faced leading this initiative! 🙂


“The Canadian Federation of Medical Students Health and Environment Adaptive Response Taskforce (CFMS HEART) and members of their inaugural cohort of Project Green Healthcare/Projet Vert la Santé (PGH) have been making tremendous advances over the past year in planetary health education for Canadian medical students and advancing a net-zero Canadian healthcare system. At this virtual event, you will learn about projects led by medical students in both of these domains, as well as hear from our keynote speaker, Dr. Anna Gunz, MD, a paediatric intensive care doctor with expertise on the effects of climate change on child health and embedding climate change mitigation and adaptation measures into healthcare facilities. Whether you are a healthcare student, healthcare professional, health sector leader, or other allied stakeholder, we hope that this event will inspire you to continue taking planetary health action within your institution(s) and beyond!”
