PDC was very excited to welcome some of our future K5 students! 🎉

It was wonderful meeting so many new faces and seeing the excitement as they prepare to begin their journey with us. We are looking forward to getting to know each and every one of you as you become part of our PDC family.

☀️📚Les classes 1A et 1B ont adoré participer au projet organisé par monsieur Naël et madame Raïssa avec les 1C et 1D, en collaboration avec des élèves de 1re et 2e secondaire de l’école secondaire Laurier Macdonald. Les grands ont lu des histoires inclusives qu’ils ont créées eux-mêmes, tandis que les plus petits ont partagé leurs anecdotes mettant de l’avant de belles valeurs humaines.

Une magnifique collaboration entre le primaire et le secondaire qui a permis à tous de grandir, d’apprendre et de tisser des liens! 📚💫

🚴‍♂️ Spotlight Saturday🚴🏻

Today we are celebrating our K4 student Madeleine’s father, Anthony.

Because of Anthony, our school was selected as BMO’s chosen school for the Grand Défi Pierre Lavoie initiative. As part of this amazing event, Anthony and his colleagues are currently taking part in the cycling challenge, riding an incredible 1,000 kilometres. 🏆

The Grand Défi Pierre Lavoie officially began on Thursday, June 11th, with the night ride starting at 11:00 p.m. and covering approximately 75 kilometres.

Our entire PDC community is cheering on the BMO team every step of the way. Madeleine, was especially thrilled to see her dad on the starting line, and she is excited to welcome him back home on Sunday! 💙

Through their participation, they plan to donate funds to our school to help further promote movement, physical activity, and healthy habits among our students. We are so grateful for their generosity, dedication, and commitment to helping our students thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

Thank you for making a difference in our community. Good luck to the BMO team, and have a wonderful weekend on the road! We can’t wait to hear all about your journey when you return! 🚴‍♂️💙🏅

🧸✨ Kindergarten Build-A-Bear Celebration ✨🧸

What a wonderful way to celebrate the end of an amazing kindergarten year! Our students were thrilled to welcome their parents for a special Build-A-Bear activity. Together, parents and children stuffed their very own furry friend and made a special wish to tuck inside their new companion.

As we wrap up this special year, we hope that every wish you made comes true. 💙✨
