This October, Dyslexia Canada is marking 10 years of working toward a future where every child with dyslexia has the opportunity to receive a fair and equitable education.

That's why Dyslexia Awareness Month matters.

Awareness can start a conversation.

Understanding can change expectations.

The right support can change a child's experience at school and their future.

Throughout October, we'll be sharing stories, information, resources and ways you can help raise awareness in your own community.

Whether you're a parent, educator, student, advocate or simply someone who wants to learn more, there's a place for you in this conversation.

There is nothing more meaningful than hearing directly from the child and parent of a child that graduated ❤️

We are happy to share a heartfelt testimony of one of our parent who speaks about her child’s journey, experience and the positive impact that our program had on the child.

Their testimony is a beautiful reminder of the trust and growth and connection that we make when the child comes to our program..!

Last night’s Tutor Appreciation Dinner was truly something special.

It was such a joy to gather and celebrate the incredible tutors who give so much of their time, patience, and heart to support and empower our children!

Hearing suggestions and ideas on how to take the centre forward and enjoying a meal together made it clear how meaningful this really is..
