I-Play Athletics

I-Play Athletics Fun for kids and easy for parents! However, it is important to understand that this is NOT the same as having free-play all day, every day.

May it be in our school size GYM or on our large outdoor field, our "i-Play Every Day" athletic based after-school program (daycare) allows kids to do just that...play every day! Free-play is important and the kids do enjoy it, but it cannot be the only thing. Children also need structure and guidance to help them build a strong foundation. This is where our curriculum really kicks into high gear. Every school day, your child will take part in a session that is led by one of our coaches. These are mandatory sessions which will help your child develop specific athletic and social skills. These sessions have specific goals that are guided by the LTD (Long-Term Development) framework (formerly known as LTAD) and Physical Literacy principals (which are the building blocks of all athletic foundations).

Hi everyone,

Based on the latest weather forecast, we would like to advise you that we will be closed tomorrow (Friday February 4th). With the bulk of potentially 50cm of snow coming down during the night and early morning, the roads will simply be unsafe for travel. With Codiac Transit preemptively removing their buses and many businesses (including daycares) announcing closures, everyone expects this storm to hit hard.

We would normally wait until the morning to announce a closure, but with the nature of this storm, we wanted to provide you the opportunity to arrange alternate arrangements if needed.

Thank you for your understanding and please be safe if you do need to travel,
Gaston
