What’s your favourite Spring or Summer activity to do with your little one outside ? 🪣 💦 ☀️

Help plant seeds in your child that will help them grow into healthy, happy adults. Use language you would want to hear if you were going through something very emotional. ( to them it IS a crisis, how you react could be a core memory in their development, so try to stay positive. ) Depending on age, and specific child , your child may not understand how to handle certain situations or express them selves other then in this way as of yet. Take a deep breath, be patient, be consistent and remind them it’s okay, use these moments as teachable moments and you will help them learn or help ease the stresses. You are their safe space, remember your child is not giving you a hard time, they are having a hard time. They aren’t little for very long . 💜🌱 🪴 🌺 🌳 🌎 🥰
