Luisa from Colombia’s story:
My experience at Crandall so far has been incredible. Living in Canada has always been my dream since high school, and now it has finally come true. I completed my whole process with an agency called “ParaCanada,” and they provided great support and guidance during the whole journey.
I have been in Moncton for around 12 days now, and it has been a wonderful experience. Even though I expected to arrive in a small town, it has exceeded my expectations. It is a beautiful place with lots of green areas, kind people, and amazing weather.
From day one, my experience at Crandall University has been excellent. The orientation days were amazing, and we received useful and practical information that will help us adapt smoothly to the city and our new lives here. I truly enjoyed every activity, conversation, and moment during those days.
I can confidently say that Crandall perfectly aligns with my goals, experiences, and expectations. I already feel like part of this wonderful family called Crandall.
With love, Lu 🫶

I chose Crandall after carefully exploring my study options in Canada. I was looking for a one-year management program, and since there were only a few options that matched what I wanted, Crandall quickly stood out to me. I also did not want to study in a very large city, so Moncton felt like a great choice. It seemed affordable, well located in Atlantic Canada, and the university itself felt like a close-knit and welcoming community. After learning more about Crandall’s history and faculty, I felt it could offer the kind of valuable education and supportive environment I was looking for.
One of the biggest strengths of the program was the professors. We had excellent instructors, and some of them were also working professionals in their fields. That was especially valuable because they shared not only theory, but also practical insight into the work environment in New Brunswick and Canada more broadly. The program helped me better understand organizational culture, leadership, and management in the Canadian context, which I found very useful.
From the very beginning, Crandall showed real care for students. The university shared practical information about the community, life in Canada, and what to expect as a student in Moncton. I especially enjoyed the orientation days. They were well organized, informative, and welcoming, and they made the transition much easier. Because of that support, it was easier to focus on studying and settling in.
After living in Moncton, New Brunswick for almost a year and a half, I can honestly say that I feel at home here. The people are kind, friendly, and willing to help. I have never regretted my choice to come here. It is a wonderful community, and I am grateful to be a part of it. I hope to continue building my future here.
My advice for future students is to make the most of the entire experience. Focus on learning, enjoy the city, and build friendships with people from around the world. The knowledge, experiences, and connections you gain during your time as a student can stay with you for life.

"Since leaving Crandall University, I’ve actually continued working there as the Manager of Domestic Student Accounts. In addition to my role, I’ve been expanding my skill set by learning data analysis tools, including Microsoft Power BI, to better leverage data for decision-making and reporting"
