Qi Gong for Balance and Vitality
Join this eight week Qi Gong series if you are looking for a gentle way to move your body, calm your mind, and support your overall energy.
Qi Gong is a meditative movement practice rooted in traditional Chinese healing arts. Classes combine slow, flowing movements with conscious breathing and focused intention. The practice supports mobility, vitality, stress reduction, and mind body awareness and is suitable for all levels and abilities.
Classes are led by Paul Condinho, who has studied Gong Fu, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and meditation for over three decades and brings extensive experience in movement based practices.
Tuesdays from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
February 10 to March 31, 2026.
Cost for the eight week series is $160 plus tax.
Class size is limited to a maximum of 8 participants, with a minimum of 6.

Yoga for Every Body
Breathe. Slow down. Reconnect.
Sandra Mumford has been a fitness instructor for over 25 years, with yoga becoming a central part of her life more than 17 years ago. She holds her RYT 500 certification and Reiki Level II, with additional training in restorative yoga, energy work, craniosacral therapy, and sound healing.
Sandra teaches yoga in a way that is accessible to all bodies and experience levels. Her approach focuses on conscious awareness of breath, guiding students to sense and feel rather than strive or perform.
Rather than emphasizing what poses look like, Sandra helps students develop awareness within the posture, finding balance between ease and effort. Her teaching supports stress resilience and encourages carrying this breath awareness into everyday life.
She believes yoga is for everyone and finds value in slowing down, simplicity, and deep connection between mind and body.
These sessions include sound bathing led by our Founder & CEO, Carol Heslin-Leigh.
