You don’t get better just by training harder.
You get better by recovering better.

Most athletes stay “on” all day.
Training, stress, phones, stimulation…
and then expect their body to just switch off at night.

It doesn’t work like that.

If your nervous system never comes down,
you never fully recover.
And if you don’t recover — you don’t perform.
