They don't call it "The Hammer" for nothing. Hamilton, Ontario is a hard work town and being part of that community means mustering up to apply quality services quickly. BITTS Testing Hamilton got a new location near its old one but needed to be wired, branded, and ready for operations fast to keep up with the rigid testing schedule. Getting sites ready in a rush can be tough but the BITTS Testing crew can meet the challenge to hammer out solutions.

The BITTS Testing infrastructure crew got the main office some new monitors. Though they would be ideal for watching the Stanley Cup playoffs or some films, they are actually for monitoring and compliance at the new BITTS testing locations. We've been growing a lot lately and that's good. But our governing bodies need to make sure we keep an eye on both candidate AND employee conduct at every single location. It's what needs to be done for everyone's peace of mind. But...hmmmm...can we sneak in an international cricket or rugby match on the off hours? Let's think on this 😇.

It's the digital age and test report forms [TRFs] are now issued to IELTS candidates through their admissions portal. So that's it for paper copies, right? Not really. Physical copies are still in demand and in some cases needed for something in the candidate's working or academic life. Hence the BITTS Testing crew still has to process all paper TRFs, get them into envelopes, and mail them out accordingly. It's a process but something they do well and with pride. Okay, it's a cliche but, well, here we grow again 😎. Actually, it's pretty great: BITTS Testing Services has forged a fabulous dual partnership in the early months of 2026. It's Friday! True, it's Friday the 13th, but bad luck seemed to have eluded us. BITTS Testing hosted a tight PLAB session plus IELTS, CELPIP, and the other usual suspects of weekly testing. But now things are freeing up, and with Valentine's Day tomorrow and the Family Day holiday on Monday, the BITTS crew are looking forward to downtime with friends and family. A mid-winter thaw seems to be on so three cheers to the nice(r) weather. But three-times-a-thousand cheers to BITTS Testing Service's great candidates. We've saved the Google reviews of all centers and the response was fantastic. Even when the skies dumped mountains of white precipitation, testing got done at all locations and candidates got what they needed. Also a thank you to BITTS Testing staff. Alas, no matter the popular occasion, testing does NOT take care of itself. The BITTS Testing crew has to hunker down, test the gear, and make sure things are ready for intake. Especially with a paper-based IELTS this weekend, preparation has to get done. But it will so save room for the BITTS folks at your place for your Superbowl party, keep extra snacks handy, and, well, let them wear their Seahawks shirts if that's their preferred team 😎. Business before pleasure, but with the BITTS gang, it gets done professionally.
