Have you checked out our latest blog yet? đź‘€ Our newest blog is now live, written by Coach Maha, our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Specialist.

In this thoughtful article, Coach Maha explores why good intentions are only the starting point when it comes to creating truly inclusive environments. Through real-life examples, practical insights, and reflective questions, she looks at how educators can pair good intentions with greater awareness, reflection, presence, and action.

Because creating a sense of belonging for every child and family isn't about being perfect. It's about being intentional in how we show up and being willing to reflect, learn, and grow.

What if professional growth didn't feel like something you had to do alone? đź’› Imagine being part of a community where educators, leaders, and early childhood professionals come together to learn, share ideas, celebrate wins, and support one another through every stage of their journey.

Because the best learning doesn't happen in isolation. It happens through connection, collaboration, and having people who truly understand the work you do.

We're building something created with the ECE community in mind, and we can't wait to share it with you.

The ECE community we deserve is almost here. Stay tuned!

Professional learning shouldn’t end when the workshop does. 💛 At The ECC, we believe real growth happens when learning turns into action. Inspiration is powerful, but having the right tools, resources, and support to implement what you’ve learned is where meaningful change begins.

That’s why we’re introducing something new…

A new way to continue learning, reflecting, and growing beyond the workshop experience.

More resources. More support. More opportunities to bring ideas into practice.

Exclusive Resource Hub access for ECC clients and attendees. DM us to learn more!

Conflict is part of working in early childhood education. đź’› It doesn't mean you're failing. It means you're working with children, families, colleagues, and leaders, each bringing different perspectives and experiences.

The goal isn't to avoid conflict, but to navigate it with confidence, empathy, and curiosity. Every difficult conversation is an opportunity to strengthen relationships and grow as an educator.

Swipe through to explore the different types of conflict we experience in ECE and some simple reminders for navigating them with care.
