HRAI held a news conference on Parliament Hill to call on the federal government to resume trade negotiations with the United States and reduce barriers affecting the industry.

This was led by Mike Miller (left, Board Chair), Victor Hyman (right, Policies and Priorities Committee Chair), and Martin Luymes (centre, Vice President of Government Relations).

Believe it or not, the Wonder Mountain ride at Canada's Wonderland does not house a real volcano.

Rather, the iconic 50-foot flames that once shot out of the ride’s man-made peaks were the product of a large system, installed by Nathalie Brooks’ father.

Now a co-founder of Women in HVACR Canada, Nathalie cites her dad’s legendary industry status as a major inspiration for entering the .

So, when HRAI asked for her One Thing about tackling HVAC challenges, she naturally thought back to one of her father’s most mountainous achievements.
