Tender Years Co-Operative School

Tender Years Co-Operative School Tender Years is a not-for-profit, co-operative school and day care dedicated to providing a high-qua They also get to learn how their children learn!

Email: [email protected]

Currently, we offer school day, and all day programming for our Toddler, Preschool, and Kinder Boost programs. Our educators are highly experienced and dedicated RECEs who are in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators. They are professionals who bring creativity and warmth to everything they do. With a low student-to-teacher ratio, our students benefit from individual attention suited to their own learning needs and abilities. This is especially true of our Kinder Boost program which incorporates principles and components of Ontario's Kindergarten Program including (but not limited to): learning through exploration, play, and inquiry; managing self-regulation and well-being; belonging and contributing by learning and working together collaboratively; engaging in innovative problem-solving and creative thinking; demonstrating literacy and mathematics behaviours; taking in what is learned and applying it in new situations; and more! As Tender Years is a co-operative school, parents are encouraged to be actively involved in their children’s early learning experiences and school-related activities. Family participation creates a strong sense of community and commitment as parents have the opportunity to interact regularly with the teachers and other families. The care and learning your child will receive at all of Tender Years
can help him or her to establish a happy and strong foundation for future learning! For more information, please call (905)-949-1949 or visit www.tenderyears.ca/

✨ Ready for a new school year at Tender Years! ✨

Our classrooms have been refreshed, reorganized, and lovingly prepared to welcome our children back for another year of learning, playing, exploring, and growing together. 💛

From cozy reading corners and imaginative play spaces to colourful learning areas and plenty of room for little hands to create, every part of our classrooms is thoughtfully set up to make children feel comfortable, curious, and at home.

We’re so excited to see these spaces filled with laughter, friendships, creativity, and all the wonderful little moments that make Tender Years so special. 🌈🌿

Here’s to a wonderful 2026–2027 school year!

A huge thank-you to our families for the cards, treats, and heartfelt messages — your thoughtfulness meant so much to our team and reminded them of how valued they are. 🌟

Also, thank you to our educators for all you do to nurture, inspire, and guide our little learners every day. 🌟
