Learning science through hands-on experience!🧼🔬
Students from our Biology and Chemistry classes recently took part in a Soap Making Workshop, where they explored the chemistry behind the cold-process method while creating their own handmade soaps and natural skin scrubbers. Guided by workshop organizer Nidhi, students learned about the history and science of soap making, worked with natural ingredients, and connected classroom concepts to real-world applications.
The experience combined creativity, collaboration, and experiential learning with a relaxing stop by Lake Ontario along the way!
