🎉What does this core value mean to you personally, and how do you incorporate it into your work each day?

...Engagement to me means to pour your heart into your work to promote clients success by creating fun and interactive ways to boost motivation. Engagement means being fully invested in the success and well-being of your client. It means bringing energy, creativity, and genuine care into every session to create meaningful learning experiences. I strive to make my sessions fun, interactive, and individualized to my clients interests.

🎉Can you share a moment from the past month where you felt you truly embodied this value?

..Over the past month, I felt I truly embodied this value by reshaping my clients programs to make them more interactive and engaging. Instead of presenting activities in a traditional format, I incorporated their individual interests, created hands-on materials, and found creative ways to teach the same skills through games. I noticed that my clients were more motivated to participate and remained engaged for longer periods. Seeing how a creative approach positively impacted their learning reinforced the importance of making engagement a priority in every session.

One example from the past month was creating sensory bins and bringing special materials into sessions that I knew would match my clients interests. Seeing their excitement and smiles is an amazing feeling! Moments like these reinforce the importance of bringing creativity and enthusiasm into every session because even small efforts can have a meaningful impact on a client's motivation and success.

🎉What song best captures your workstyle or puts you in the mindset to live out this core value?

..I honestly love any type of upbeat music. I always start my day with good and happy music. It has become an essential part of my daily routine and one of my favorite parts of the day. Music instantly lifts my mood. I can't imagine my life without it.

...Recently, I spent extra time with a family after a session to answer questions about their child's progress and discuss strategies they could use at home. That conversation helped build confidence and strengthened our partnership, which reminded me how valuable open and honest communication can be.

...Stay curious and never stop learning
