Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Loyalty Card Sales Workers for our loyalty card initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase customer engagement, drive sales, and enhance the overall loyalty program experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement sales strategies to maximize loyalty card enrollments and usage.
• Explain the trends and opportunities for program enhancements.
• Collaborate in promotional campaigns that drive awareness and participation.
• Train and support sales staff on loyalty program features and benefits.
• Monitor program performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders to enhance program visibility and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to keep our program competitive.
Qualifications
• Experience in sales or marketing, preferably in loyalty programs or customer relationship management.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
