In today's Toastmasters meeting we discussed the importance of making mistakes and how they present us with the opportunity to lean and grow but most importantly make things right moving forwards.

We also took a deep dive into sugar, it's many forms, origin, and the role it plays in our health for better or worse.

We also had a member make an appearance from the mile high club!

Although Toastmasters has yet to conquer the whole galaxy well we're getting there, one member at a time!
