History in the making!
This August, 15 Ontario high school students will become the first-ever all-girls delegation to represent the Cricket Across the Pond leadership program in England.
Representing Peel District School Board and Toronto District School Board, these young women aren't just travelling to compete, they're travelling to lead. Through cricket, they'll build leadership skills, visit iconic venues, and return home ready to inspire the next generation of female athletes.
A special shoutout to the students from Stephen Lewis Secondary School, three-time cricket champions, as well as those from Turner Fenton Secondary School, who are joining this historic tour.
Congratulations to this trailblazing team, and best of luck as you represent Ontario and Canada on the international stage!
